Way to Happiness.

Way to Happiness.

It’s an excellent piece of advice in you are feeling low and down today.

“In order to Divorce yourself from unhappiness,
Always keep the treasurers of happiness with you "

This story is about a beautiful, rich, expensively dressed lady who complains to her psychiatrist that she felt that her whole life was empty and it had no meaning.

This lady went to visit a counsellor to seek out happiness.  The counsellor then said to the rich lady "I'm going to ask Sita here to tell you how she found happiness. All I want you to do is listen to her." The counsellor called over the old lady who was a sweeper and cleaned the office floors.

Sita put down her broom, sat on a chair and stared narrating her story: "My husband died of malaria and three months later when my only son was killed by a car.  I was left all alone and had nobody... I had nothing left.  The world seemed to be an end for me as I couldn't sleep, I couldn't eat, I never smiled at anyone and once I even thought of taking my own life. Then one evening, God knows from where, a little puppy followed me home from work.  It was very cold outside.  Somehow I felt sorry for that kitten, so I decided to let the puppy in. I got it some milk, and the puppy licked the plate clean.  Then it purred and rubbed against my leg and, for the first time in months, I smiled. It was that moment when I was forced to think that if just helping a little puppy could make me smile, maybe doing something for people could make me happy and give me a reason to live. So the next day, very enthusiastically, I baked some biscuits and took them to a neighbour who was sick in bed. I sat for some time to talk to him he was very happy and felt grateful for my consideration. This made me proud of myself. Every day I tried to do something nice for someone and every time it made me so happy to see them happy. Today, I don't know of anybody who sleeps and eats better than I do. I've found happiness, by giving it to others."

On hearing Sita's story that the rich lady could not hold back her tears and cried like a small child. She had everything that money could buy, but she had lost the things which money cannot buy.

"The beauty of life does not depend on how happy you are; But on how happy others can be because of you..."

AS

Happiness is not a destination, it's a journey.
Happiness is not tomorrow, it is now.
Happiness is not a dependency, it is a decision.
Happiness is what you are, not what you have.

May your troubles be less, May your blessings be more, May nothing but happiness come through your door!

Wishing all your days be filled with Happiness, Peace And Good Health.
